Midland Residence
For the Midland Residence, incorporating transitional metals was a deliberate choice to enhance both the aesthetic and functional aspects of the design. By integrating blackened steel, we accentuate the residence’s modern sensibilities while grounding the space in a timeless, industrial elegance.
SFO Airport
This thoughtful integration of transitional metals ensures that the observation deck is not only a striking architectural statement but also a durable, enduring space that seamlessly bridges contemporary design with the natural landscape.
2 Waterline Square
A custom woodgrain was designed to add warmth to this space, while additionally offering a material that would transition seamlessly from the interior to the exterior. The project was awarded Best High-Rise Apartment in the 2020 Best of Design Awards from The Architect’s Newspaper.
